A dynamic QR code uses a short URL as the encoded link. When the QR code is scanned, it returns the short URL which will automatically redirect users to an desired destination URL. The QR code and short URL themselves do not change. However, through management of the short URL and its corresponding destination, you can seemlessly redirect to a new URL at any time.
This makes the QR code dynamic in the sense that the resulting destination of the QR code may be changed after the code itself is generated.
